🔍 Tracking & Customs
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Do I need to pay customs or import fees?
No. We cover all customs and import fees — no surprise charges when your order arrives.
Is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is free on every order, worldwide. No minimum required.
📮 Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the delivery company loses your package, we will issue a full refund. However, if tracking shows the package was delivered to your address and it was stolen, we cannot offer a refund. Please check with your local post office or neighbors.
Wrong Address
If the wrong address was provided, we can only issue a refund if tracking shows the package is being returned to us. If delivered to the wrong address, we cannot offer a refund. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped yet. If your order is already in transit, we cannot cancel it. Contact us immediately at contact@wearadino.com.
Unclaimed Orders
If your order is delivered to a parcel locker and remains unclaimed for more than 4 days, and you do not respond to our contact attempts, we will consider the order abandoned.
