How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary by country. US orders arrive in 5–7 days, UK in 4–7 days, and most EU countries in 5–10 days. Check our full shipping times page for your country.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. If your country isn't listed on our shipping page, contact us at contact@wearadino.com and we'll confirm availability.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. No minimum required.

Do you cover customs and import fees?

Yes. We cover all customs and import fees — no surprise charges when your order arrives.

📦 Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. What should I do?

Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed during international transit. If there's been no update for more than 7 days, contact us at contact@wearadino.com and we'll investigate.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they ship. Contact us immediately at contact@wearadino.com if you need to make changes.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible at contact@wearadino.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, we cannot be held responsible for delivery failure due to an incorrect address.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Check our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at contact@wearadino.com. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.

How long does it take to inflate?

The built-in USB fan inflates the costume fully in under 60 seconds. Just plug in and go.

What sizes are available?

We offer 3 sizes: Kids S (100–120cm / 3'3"–3'11"), Kids M (120–140cm / 3'11"–4'7"), and Adult (160–190cm / 5'3"–6'3"). When in doubt, size up.

What's included in the box?

Every order includes the inflatable dinosaur costume, explorer hat, USB fan, and battery box (works with power bank or AA batteries).

Which dinosaur models are available?

We currently offer 3 models: Green T-Rex, Blue Velociraptor, and Red Velociraptor. Browse them all on the product page.

Is it safe for kids?

Yes. The costume is made from lightweight, breathable fabric and is designed to be comfortable and safe for children. Adult supervision is recommended for younger kids.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and all payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all payment data. We never store your card details.
